Beautiful garden enhances the tranquil atmosphere.

The room lacked a TV, which made evenings dull. The absence of entertainment options was disappointing for our stay. While the wifi worked, relying on phones or laptops isn't ideal for a relaxing getaway.

An unforgettable stay with superb hospitality

I just had the most relaxing time at this fabulous place! The room was exceptional, featuring an incredibly comfy bed and lovely views of the garden filled with busy birds. Francesca is such a wonderful host. she served delicious breakfasts every morning, including fresh fruits and perfectly cooked local dishes. Plus, Bella, the adorable dog, made the whole experience even more welcoming. Honestly, I wish we could have stayed longer!

church barn bed & breakfast was wonderful! francesca welcomed us with her dog bella, which made us feel right at home. our superior double room was bright, cozy, and had a super comfortable bed. breakfast was amazing, and the peaceful location was perfect for visiting totnes. it's also just a short walk to the village pub for dinner.
